For the Digital Methodology assignment, I chose the scene from “Moana”, where Moana meets water for the first time. In my original webpage I used images from the scene, to exemplify the points i wanted to get across. I thought a good way to improve the project would be embed gifs of the scene, rather than people having to finf the exact timestamp within the scene to cross refence the image. Using the Imgflip website, I uploaded the youtube of the link and created gifs of the images. I also created some extra ones just for fun.
I had the same issue uploading these gifs in HTML to show on the webpage, so I instead created a gallery here.
If I had more time/ better understanding of HTML I would try to fix the image/gif issue but I am honestly so over trying to figure it out.
Another thing I want to do for this assignment, although I am not sure I will have time to do so before this class ends is implement the changes the professor suggested on linking outside websites. I did it for this blog post but I will have to go back and do the same for all discussion posts and pages. I would also like to organize all discussion posts based on the week and assignment types, if time permitting. I will do so regardless, but hopefully before the class ends for the sake of progress.
